The New Jersey Ciphers are a professional arena football team based in Morristown, New Jersey, and are one of the four founding members of the Entertainment Football Association (ENTFLA), which launched its inaugural season in 2025. The Ciphers play their home games at the William G. Mennen Sports Arena, offering fans an immersive experience that combines fast-paced 7-on-7 football with pre-game tailgating, halftime entertainment, and post-game concerts featuring nationally recognized musical acts. The team is committed to delivering high-energy sports entertainment while fostering community engagement and growth.
Under the leadership of Head Coach Nicholas Coppola, a seasoned veteran with a 48–16 career record and two league championships, the Ciphers aim to make a significant impact in their debut season. The front office is led by General Manager Christopher Martone and includes Director of Operations Emmitt Davis, Director of Partnerships Ian Robinson, and Partnerships Consultant Dan Orlando, all bringing extensive experience in sports management and community engagement.
The Ciphers' inaugural season kicks off on June 6, 2025, with their home opener scheduled for June 21 against the Fitchburg Heroes. Fans can look forward to a thrilling season that blends professional football with top-tier entertainment, creating unforgettable moments on and off the field.
